GJP have recently secured Planning Permission and Conservation Area Consent for a replacement dwelling in the Vale of Glamorgan. The site is situated within the Bonvilston Conservation Area, set back from the highway in a secluded location.

The proposals included the demolition of the existing dwelling on the site, as well as its redevelopment to provide an impressive 3-storey dwelling. The proposed dwelling uses a fairly traditional design and a mix of render, timber, glass and slate to provide an attractive addition to the Bonvilston, in turn enhancing the character and appearance of the Conservation Area.
