Project overview

GJP have secured two separate Planning Permissions at Forage Farm Shop and Kitchen amongst other projects at the wider Penllyn Estate. This includes an expansion to the restaurant and kitchen, and the ‘Forage Away’ takeaway unit.

The farm shop and kitchen specialises in high quality (predominantly Welsh) produce, and prides itself on being run as a sustainable business providing a quality experience. These projects have helped to diversify and expand the existing rural enterprise for the Penllyn Estate, located in a picturesque setting North-West of the historic market town of Cowbridge.

These schemes have provided much needed opportunities to expand operations at the Forage Farm Shop, both improving the site itself, and the amenity offering of the area. This not only provides increased employment opportunities in the rural Vale of Glamorgan, but contributes to the local economy.

Outcome

GJP have secured two planning permissions at the Forage Farm Shop and Kitchen to diversify the current rural enterprise. GJP have helped to expand on the Farm Shop’s excellent reputation, and attract even greater numbers to this multi-award-winning business.
