Luke Grattarola has become a Chartered Town Planner, the ultimate qualification for the profession awarded exclusively by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

The 25-year-old planner, who joined the practice in 2016, graduated from The University of the West of England with an RTPI-accredited degree in Town and Country Planning. Upon graduation he joined the Institute to become a Licentiate member, building up his work experience at the company, working on projects including the Land at Bryngwyn Fields, Garden Village, Gorseinon – a residential led strategic allocation in Swansea for up to 750 homes. Finally, following the RTPI’s Licentiate Assessment of Professional Competence Luke is now a RTPI Chartered Town Planner.
