Geraint John

DIRECTOR

Since founding GJP in 2010, Geraint has led the team through hundreds of successful projects and new developments, adapting the landscape across Wales and the UK with new homes, businesses and other commercial enterprises. He oversees the full team and works closely with clients to advise on and manage planning projects.

Emma John

DIRECTOR

As company director, Emma has managed GJP since its inception, forging our excellent reputation with clients for ‘getting things done’. She works with the team to successfully manage all other aspects of the workload, including legal, finance and HR.

Zoe John

ASSOCIATE – TEAM LEADER

Zoe heads up one of our teams and manages work allocation & logistics, alongside working on planning projects and applications. She’s always on hand with support and has mentored members of the team through their RTPI submissions.

James Scarborough

SENIOR PLANNER

James works on minor to major applications covering all sectors, working with clients and managing projects and consultant teams for various site applications. He also mentors junior members, helping them grow and develop their experience.

Osian John

PLANNER / FINANCE

Along with managing planning projects including dealing with permissions, statements and applications, Osian is in charge of keeping our finances on track and is the ‘go to guy’ for anything accounts-related.

Luke Harrell

PLANNER

Luke provides advice on development projects and project manages consultants to achieve planning permission, liaising between different parties and managing the preparation of planning outputs, pre applications, planning statements and conducting site visits.

Thomas Mead

GRADUATE PLANNER

As well as advising on development projects and co-ordinating consultants, Tom engages in preparing and managing planning outputs to assist the team in achieving planning permission.

Archie Kimberley

Archie assists the other team members with planning applications and managing various elements of projects.

Kieron assists the other team members in the pursuit of achieving planning permission, through liaising with multiple parties and managing various elements of projects.

Antonina Wu

GRADUATE PLANNER

Antonina works alongside members of the team to help deliver planning applications, including conducting background research, assisting in the preparation of planning documents, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure our projects align with client’s needs and local policies.
